Match of the Day 2 pundits Danny Murphy and Shay Given discussed the tactical reason why Aston Villa were convincingly beaten by Tottenham at Villa Park. Fresh from their goalless draw at Ajax on Thursday in the Europa Conference League, Unai Emery's men showed plenty of application but there was very little by the way of quality in the final third. "But credit to Tottenham because once they go on the attack, they all go together and Villa couldn't deal with that."
